*All conference prices include the pre-registration fee ($50- nonrefundable, non-transferable), four nights lodging, complimentary buffet breakfast, all conference materials, special events, and the New Year's Eve celebration. Transportation and all other meals are not included.

If you are attending the full conference but will not be staying in the hotel, the conference registration price is $140 [$20 Discount] before December 10^th and $160 after December 10^th.

Single Session passes are available ranging from $10-$15 dollars.

Lodging is included in your conference registration fee and is available on a first come first served basis. We have reserved a large room block at the hotel to serve as many of our attendees as we can, but register early to make sure you get a space. Conference guests will be lodged FOUR to a room. To room together you must check-in as a foursome. or you can pay an absent roommate's registration balance to reserve his/her space if they are not paid in full.
